Are updates immediate? +
Yes. Prices and content are centrally published and typically update almost immediately, including large batch deployments.
Which sizes and display options are available? +
A wide range—from compact shelf tags up to 13.3″ e-paper displays. Options include monochrome and four-color (black, white, red, yellow). Labels can show graphics, barcodes and QR codes, and support NFC.
How long does the battery last? +
Typically 7–10 years, depending on update frequency, environment and label size.
How does integration with our systems work? +
Prices sync with your POS/ERP via APIs or data feeds. We provide adapters for Horizon and Microsoft Dynamics and can integrate with other platforms.
What about security? +
ZKONG uses cloud management and secure protocols; some solutions use Bluetooth 5.1 with security keys. Updates are transmitted securely from the cloud platform to the labels.

No. Labels use a low-power wireless link to talk to base stations. Base stations connect to your store network/Internet to reach the cloud.
